Refund Policy

Effective: 28 June 2025

1.1 Free Trial

We offer a 14‑day free trial. No charges until trial ends.

1.2 Monthly Plans

• Cancel anytime; we stop further billing.
• We do not pro‑rate unused days—access continues until end of paid term.

1.3 Annual Plans

• Cancel within 30 days of initial payment for a full refund (minus transaction fees).
• After 30 days, refunds are calculated pro‑rata minus a 15 % early termination fee.

1.4 Downtime Credit

If monthly uptime falls below 95 %, you may request a service credit equal to 10 % of that month’s fee. Must be claimed within 15 days of incident report.

1.5 Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to original payment method within 10 business days.

1.6 Contact for Billing Issues
